Ofsted says we are GOOD... with marked improvements!!

On Tuesday 11th December we had our Ofsted Inspection – it was a short 1 day visit. We are very happy with the outcome, although we couldn’t be re-graded (you have to have a long inspection for that) it was noted that we continue to be a 'Good School' with marked improvements (in all areas). This means Ofsted will be visiting again as it is believed we could be re-graded as Outstanding.

The report says:
This school continues to be good and there are marked improvements. 

The leadership team has maintained the good quality of education in the school since the last inspection. Based on the evidence gathered during this short inspection, I am of the opinion that the school has demonstrated strong practice and marked improvement in specific areas. This may indicate that the school has improved significantly overall. Therefore, I am recommending that the school’s next inspection be a section 5 inspection.
